Shipment Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 48-72 hours after placement. Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected:

- US Standard Shipping Free, delivery within 2-7 business days.
Please note that delivery times do not include order processing time.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number. You can track your delivery through our carrier’s website. If you have any concerns about your package's status, please contact us at info@beau-link.com with your tracking number.
Cancellation
If you need to cancel your order, please send a cancellation request to info@beau-link.com within 1 hour of order confirmation. Requests made after this time can be processed through the refund process upon receipt of the product.
Additional Terms and Conditions
- Signature Requirement: We're not responsible for loss or damage after delivery if packages don't require a signature and are left outside the given address.
- Customs Clearance: International orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures, potentially causing delays beyond the original delivery estimates. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or other fees imposed by their local authorities. We recommend contacting your local customs office for information before placing an order.
- Refused Packages: If a package is refused and we incur shipping, duties, or additional customs charges, those expenses will be deducted from the original order amount before issuing a refund.

Return & Refund
Return Policy
Thank you for choosing NOTS. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, but we understand that sometimes returns are necessary. Please review our return policy carefully.
1. Eligibility
We offer a hassle-free return policy valid for 7 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the eyewear, complimentary accessories, and packaging must be in their original condition without any damage.
2. Time Limits and Restrictions
- Returns must be made within 7 days of the purchase date.
- Final sale items cannot be refunded.
3. Refunds and Exchanges
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@beau-link.com or through our contact form. We will provide you with a prepaid return label via email.
- For refunds to the original payment method, a $10 return shipping fee applies. Store credit or exchange requests incur no return shipping fee.
- Print the return label, package the eyewear securely, and drop it off with the specified carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
- Refunds or replacements will be issued within seven (7) business days of receiving the returned merchandise, less restocking fees. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
4. Additional Information
- We reserve the right to refuse returns from customers with excessive return history.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only, excluding original delivery charges.
- The refund amount may be proportionately reduced if only part of the original order is returned or if the returned products show signs of use or damage.
- If the order is returned without including the free gift in the return shipment, the value of the gift will be deducted from the refund amount.
